Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed my stay despite a few cleanliness issues. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Housekeeping could improve, especially in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, which was a huge plus! I'd recommend bringing your own coffee or checking local cafes since the hotel lacks dining options.

It was just a decent option for a brief weekend stay in Saint Louis with good value considering price it charged. The staff was friendly and promptly helped with my check-in process, which was nice. For anyone driving, double-check the parking instructions ahead of time.

Had a great group vacation! The location is perfect. You can walk to Busch Stadium and check out the St Louis Wheel. We also tried our luck at the casino, which boasts 1360 slot machines and 46 gaming tables. The indoor pool was a nice touch too. Expect fun but remember some amenities are off-site.
However, we faced issues with housekeeping, and our linens weren't clean. It took multiple calls for them to respond, which was frustrating.

The room was spacious and the king bed was super comfy. However, it felt dated and could really use some updates. The amenities were okay, but I noticed some stains on the sheets and a bit of a greasy table. You could tell it needed a little TLC.

The location near downtown attractions was fantastic. I appreciated the easy access to the Gateway Arch and nearby restaurants. My room felt spacious, providing a nice environment to relax after exploring. The comfortable bedding made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating when I had questions. However, the elevators had issues. only one was working during my stay, creating long waits. The housekeeping left much to be desired, as I found hair in the bathroom and a lack of attention to detail overall. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed with tasks. I also noticed areas like the lobby and hallways needed cleaning. With some upgrades in cleanliness and facilities, this place could shine more brightly.

Perfect for a Solo Traveler with High Standards
So I checked in and the bed was huge, like seriously, I felt like a king. Also, the drinks at the bar were really well priced, I mean, not every day you get a good drink without breaking the bank, right?
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but honestly, still acceptable for what you get.

The Hotelumiere At The Arch is centrally located, making it easy to access local attractions and events. I appreciated the spacious room, which provided ample space for work. The hotel also features a nice open area in the center, ideal for informal meetings or socializing in the evenings.
Check-in was unnecessarily lengthy and frustrating.

Couples looking for comfort
The king suite was spacious; almost like a mini sanctuary in the chaos of the city! Just steps away from the Gateway Arch, I strolled down and soaked it all in, feeling on top of the world for a moment.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the experience we got.
